DANI'S WEIGHT STORY

 

Well.......here it is proof....so far of my weight loss. As the one pic clearly shows...I have always had a weight issue. I weighed 290 pounds back in 1976. I managed to lose the weight but like so many of my listeners, the yo-yo diets never seemed to work with any lasting results.  I would lose the weight and somehow it would manage to come back and two fold at that. When I moved here 6 years ago to WV,  I was at a size 18 and now I am so happy to report I am a size 10!! 

Since I have been doing the No Diet program I have  "shrunk" from a size 14 to a size 10! Being able to do this program has been such a blessing in so many ways. I feel better about myself...I can do this and know I am disciplining myself into much better eating habits and drinking habits. You see, Billy isn't the only one who guzzles coffee!! I do as well and now I have cut back on the consumption of coffee as well as other favorites that I felt I could not live without. I love going to the store and trying on clothes that I think are the right size only to discover...I need a size smaller!!  I can say no to favorite foods and eat things that are good for me for a change (don't tell my mother)!

To all of you wondering if it's really true that I am indeed taking the product...here is the proof!! I plan on losing more but the results so far have exceeded my greatest expectations!! I don't have the problems with my back as much as I used to, my knees and legs don't hurt as much. Of course when one carries the extra weight it can take a toll on your body.
