DANI GORDON
As you already know I am forever a Dale Earnhardt Senior
fan....of course above all, I am a diehard NASCAR fan.
Some of you have wondered how in the world I managed to get
the last name of "Gordon" with my being the eternal
Earnhardt fan. My birth fathers first name was "Gordon" &
since he has passed on, I thought it was a perfect way to
pay tribute to a man I never had the chance to know.
Well...here is a pic of the latest addition to my family...I would like to introduce you to
my baby..."Buster"...my 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP that I LOVE...and happen to think is quite
photogenic...Now..onto my bio...
I am the youngest of 3 kids. All of which were adopted. I
am an honest to goodness "PK".."preachers kid". My brother
and his wife live in Calif. and my sister lives in Penna.
My folks reside in Florida and are enjoying being retired.
I was born in New York and we moved to Michigan when I was
a Junior in High School which was tough. I fell in love
with radio after seeing a station in Ann Arbor, MI and the
rest is history.
I attended Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts in
Southfield, MI and in 1984 ventured out on my own. Most of
my career was spent in Michigan until I came here to WKWS
in July of 2002.
Going from flat lands to the gorgeous terrain of WV has
been such a wonderful blessing. I love it here and have no
intention of leaving. Everyone here at WKWS and West
Virginia Radio Corporation has become family to me
and as far as I'm concerned.....this is indeed "home".
